Kelsey was amazing! After 6 months without any luck with a different realtor, we met and she went over exactly what she thought our house was worth with the current market and answered some questions and offered advice on what we could do to relist and better our chances! After another small amount to our principal and taking a month to competly move out, fresh paint and a fully cleaned home we hit the market and had multiple showings in the first week and two offers by the weekend! The quality of photos did a great job of showing our home to get buyers interested. Kelsey also broke things down so that they were easy to understand and took care of pretty much everything to close!
