Hi! My name is DelRae Zimmerman and I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. I moved to the Minot area in 1996 and grew up on a dairy farm so I’m no stranger to hard work! I graduated high school from Towner High School and attended Minot State University and graduated with a double major in accounting and finance in 2004.
 

I absolutely love real estate! I am blessed to be in a career that allows me the opportunity to meet new people, face many challenges, flexibility, and the ability to be my own boss. Throughout the course of my career, I have taken numerous real estate courses to help me stay on top of the ever-changing market and technology. I have earned the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). I am proud to say that I have helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers while I have been licensed.
 

I have consistently been a “Top Producer” in the Minot market and have received many honors, including being named one of Realtor Magazine’s 30 under 30 agents in 2011 – the first time for the state of North Dakota. I was also honored with the Young Alumni Achievement Award from Minot State University in 2016. I am active with the Minot Association of Realtors, Minot Home Builders Association and helped establish the annual fall Parade of Homes, past campaign chair for the Souris Valley United Way, and the current Board Chairman for Town and Country Credit Union.

When I’m not working, I can be found with my husband Matt and two daughters, Ivy (9) and Violet (8). The girls keep us busy running with softball, basketball, choir practices and other scholastic activities.  It seems like we are NEVER home.  In the summer, we like to spend as much time as possible on Lake Sakakawea and in the winter we love to plan a weekend getaway to Mesa, AZ.
